Mediation Service

I am currently undertaking a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Mediation – Business Focus, where I’m developing advanced mediation, communication and conflict-management competencies tailored to corporate environments. The course explores the human dimension of change in organisations, covering mediation fundamentals, conflict dynamics, questioning techniques, team & organisational mediation, inter-company mediation and the role of legal frameworks, as well as online and hybrid mediation formats.

These Advanced Studies enable me to support individuals, teams and companies in navigating digital transformation, agile working and rapid change by facilitating constructive dialogue, building empathy, and enabling sustainable resolution of conflict in business contexts.
